Cooperation proposal
We offer an investment project for the construction of factory which will be engaged in the
production of potato starch. Currently Agro production cooperative owns the area for the
construction of the factory. All communication possibilities and favorable geographical position
are available. The investment plan describes the opportunities of implementing closed and open
ground production on the232.5 ha land in the village of Ddmashen of the Gegharkunik region of
Armenia
for the construction of the factory (up to 5 tons production per day), Cost and installation of the
plant - 500.000 USD, potato stock acquisition - 200.000 USD, Communication equipments, etc. -
100.000 USD, TOTAL - 800.000 USD, In case of interest the investment project will be
presented.
Innovative aspects and/or main advantages of the proposal
The sector has the potential for growing much potato starch taking into account favorable
conditions of the region. More details are outlined in the investment project.
